Trump Targets Biden With The Most Powerful Words Of His Career

Former President Donald Trump destroyed President Joe Biden over Afghanistan on Monday asking what the senile president will surrender next.

“First Joe Biden surrendered to COVID and it has come roaring back,” Trump said in reference to skyrocketing cases due to the Delta variant of COVID-19. “Then he surrendered to the Taliban, who has quickly overtaken Afghanistan and destroyed confidence in American power and influence.”

“The outcome in Afghanistan, including the withdrawal, would have been totally different if the Trump Administration had been in charge,” Trump continued. “Who or what will Joe Biden surrender to next? Someone should ask him, if they can find him.”

Trump’s remarks came as Biden remained out of public view amid a worsening crisis in Afghanistan. The former president also called for Joe’s resignation on Sunday.

“What Joe Biden has done with Afghanistan is legendary,” Trump said. “It will go down as one of the greatest defeats in American history!”

“It is time for Joe Biden to resign in disgrace for what he has allowed to happen to Afghanistan, along with the tremendous surge in COVID, the Border catastrophe, the destruction of energy independence, and our crippled economy.”

Trump also called out Biden Sunday in a statement, saying that the entire situation in Afghanistan was a “disgrace”:

“Joe Biden gets it wrong every time on foreign policy, and many other issues. Everyone knew he couldn’t handle the pressure. Even Obama’s Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates, said as much. He ran out of Afghanistan instead of following the plan our Administration left for him — a plan that protected our people and our property, and ensured the Taliban would never dream of taking our Embassy or providing a base for new attacks against America. The withdrawal would be guided by facts on the ground.

After I took out ISIS, I established a credible deterrent. That deterrent is now gone. The Taliban no longer has fear or respect for America, or America’s power. What a disgrace it will be when the Taliban raises their flag over America’s Embassy in Kabul. This is complete failure through weakness, incompetence, and total strategic incoherence.”

Biden eventually delivered an address Monday afternoon for the first time since Afghanistan fell to the Taliban, and he spent the majority of it trying to cast blame on Trump.

Biden gave a short speech to the nation after returning to Washington, D.C., on Monday amid heavy criticism for his handling of the Afghanistan pullout. In his address, he said he stands “squarely behind [his] decision” to leave Afghanistan, but added that Trump’s prior agreement with the Taliban had left him with little choice.

Biden claimed that had he not followed through with a tight timeline to pull out American forces, the United States would have inevitably headed into heated conflict with the Taliban.

“When I came into office, I inherited a deal that President Trump negotiated with the Taliban. Under his agreement, U.S. forces would be out of Afghanistan by May 1, 2021 – just a little over three months after I took office,” Biden said. “U.S. forces had already drawn down during the Trump administration from roughly 15,500 American forces to 2,500 troops in country, and the Taliban was at its strongest militarily since 2001.”

“It’s not that we left Afghanistan. It’s the grossly incompetent way we left!” Trump said in a statement after Biden’s address.
