Biden Says Covid-19 Is Over — Wait Till You See What Changed His Mind

It is hard to choose what is the most incompetent part of Pres. Biden’s presidency so far. Is it the weak foreign policy that caused the disaster in Afghanistan? Is it the crisis at the border? Is it inflation and the economic malaise?

Or maybe it is the handling of COVID-19 by the administration? This is for sure high on the list because of the amount of contradictions that have come from the White House and its bureaucracies during the past year. Masks are needed, but now they are not needed. Natural immunity does not exist, but now it does exists. Hydroxychloroquine does not work, but now it works in some situations. Over and over, the administration has given information that was conflicting and it only worsened and prolonged the COVID-19 pandemic.

Now, with crashing cases, the White House is hurrying to take the credit, claiming the “crisis” is over.

Case numbers are still 3 to 4 times higher than last summer when the crisis was going on. The 7 day average of deaths in the U. S. is still about 2300. Statistics show, things are above the levels that had the White House screaming “crisis” in the past.

Do not get me wrong, I personally do not believe COVID-19 is still a crisis, but the point is the inconsistency of the White House. Why are they now finally crying uncle and trying to change public perception? The “science” has not changed.

The damage has already been done. The companies that were shuttered are forever gone. The children that had their childhoods taken from them by selfish people will never be able to get that time back. Those that died from COVID-19 because the administration would not prioritize treatments for purely political reasons, will stay dead.

Following three COVID waves, Americans know that Joe Biden’s actions don’t have anything to do with Omicron now slowing down. Nature took its course with this recent variant burning itself out. But Americans do know that Pres. Biden’s actions caused them and their communities so much pain. If Dems. believe that they can turn on a dime and act like this past year did not happen, they are sadly wrong. Retribution will come at the ballot box, and it is going to be bad for the left.
