CNN’s Chris Cuomo just can’t seem to stop digging the hole deeper.
“Look, I’m not into the gotcha game. I think it’s a waste of time, I think people are turned off by it, but all I’m saying is at some point, you’ve got to start being able to take any kind of responsibility for anything that’s negative at some point,” Cuomo said. “I mean, this administration has never done a damn thing wrong, ever, and they just can’t own it.”
What was most ridiculous about his attack on Pence was his own actions and his own lack of responsibility for the.
Pence was not ill, but Cuomo was was still allegedly supposed to be in quarantine in his basement in Southhampton when was caught on April 12, Easter Sunday, in East Hampton by a bicyclist visiting a home he had under construction there with his wife, their three kids and another woman. Cuomo admitted encountering the bicyclist on his Sirius XM radio show and called him a “jackass, loser, fat-tire biker.”
But then CNN ran a segment where Cuomo then tried to sell the “moment” he “reemerged” from the basement to a happy reunion with the family “this was the dream” on April 20. The kids didn’t look all that excited by the ‘reemergence’ (small wonder). While he was supposed to be in quarantine, his wife came down with virus and his 14 son was announced as having it after Cuomo’s ‘reemergence.’
But now, he just made it a lot worse and in a way that gives more fuel to the nickname “Fredo.”
In response to someone calling him out to his response on the Pence story, Cuomo then came out with a completely revised story.
Can we first talk for a minute about how you broke quarantine while having coronavirus?

First, the incident with the bicyclist which he previously acknowledged (and didn’t say was in his backyard) occurred on Easter Sunday, April 12. He represented to his CNN audience that he hadn’t emerged from quarantine until April 20.

Not to mention, he now confirmed he was with his family when he was still representing to the public that he was in quarantine.
Moreover, his new story doesn’t wash because of his wife’s own “diary” of their “corona quarantine” which says that on that day he was still in quarantine and he had a fever.
Sure – it is just a lie. I was past quarantine. Was never in public. My fam was cursed at in our own backyard by a guy with an open case for allegedly biting a man’s hands. Those are facts ignored by trump grumps

Notice how the post preaches “social distancing and self quarantine to limit the spread of the virus” on the day he allegedly broke quarantine.
Stephen Miller, @redsteeze, who did a great job picking up on this, tags Matt Dornic, the head of “Strategic Communications” for CNN. Does CNN have anything to say now about the obvious lies and presenting a false segment on their network?
And they wonder why people don’t trust them?
