Pelosi Goes Ballistic After Republicans Rebel In Congress

Several GOP members have refused to use masks while on the House floor this Tuesday in a rebellion against Pelosi’s refusal to remove the mask mandate, despite the threat of large fines for their violations.

Congressman Brian Mast (R-Fla.) announced during a Republican conference earlier in the day that he was “done” with masks, and refuses to wear one. He also confirmed to reporters that “many” other Republicans agreed to the same.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) tweeted later, “We have had enough. We are refusing to wear masks during this vote regardless of Pelosi’s threat to fine us. Her rule is not scientific. The mask rule has only applied to members when they are seen on TV!”

Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R) later published a picture of herself along with Congresswoman Mary Miller (R-Ill.) and Rep. Ralph Norman (R-S.C.) saying:

Greene also posted a photo of herself with numerous other Republicans displaying their support for the protest.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) is anticipated to introduce a measure on the topic this Wednesday.
