President Trump’s Assistant Secretary of the Army Casey Wardynski has said he is running for a position in the House of Representatives in a drive to continue the work that Trump began.
Wardynski told reporters that his campaign will put America first and stand up to the extreme left. The Republican is seeking the seat of fellow Alabama Republican Mo Brooks who announced he will be running for the Senate in 2022.
Wardynski says his qualifications include helping the border wall, fighting to remove critical race theory from school classrooms and turning around a budget deficit as former school superintendent without increasing taxes.
The Republican hopeful is well known in the city of Huntsville, Alabama due to him being the former Superintendent of the City School system. He served 30 years in the U.S. army before aiding the Trump administration.
