The left’s favorite legal crusader resigned with his tail between his legs, and even Attorney General Merrick Garland seems eager to quietly move on. Garland is reportedly looking to release Smith’s January 6 report before Trump takes office, but curiously, he’s holding back on the investigation into classified documents. It’s almost as if even Garland knows these cases were flimsy.
